For this reason we have developed a basic tier system that will work with numerous product manufacturers to help simplify the process while also addressing your specific project needs. We can also design a specific package to your project if need be.

 

RPL Premium Roof System

  • A professional project manager will be assigned to your project to meet with you and help you through the entire process.
  • A project foreman will be assigned to your project and be on site throughout the duration of the installation.
  • Installation of a class 4 impact resistant shingle from manufacturer of your choice, in the color of your choice with a manufacturer warranty upgrade.
  • Shingles will be installed to the manufacturers maximum specification for the highest wind warranty available.
  • Ice barrier will be installed in the valleys, on the eaves and rakes, and around all protrusions.
  • The ventilation will be inspected and additional ventilation will be added in accordance with the manufacturers specification.
  • 10 year workmanship warranty from RPL.
  • 5 year deductible warranty
  •  Upon completion of the project, you will receive a flash drive including all warranty documents and pictures of your project throughout the installation process.

RPL Preferred Roof System

  • A professional project manager will be assigned to your project to meet with you and help you through the entire process.
  • A project foreman will be assigned to your project and be on site throughout the duration of the installation.
  • Installation of a Class 3 impact resistant shinglefrom manufacturer of your choice, in the color of your choice.
  • Shingles will be installed to the manufacturers maximum specification for the highest wind warranty available.
  • Ice barrier will be installed in the valleys, and around all protrusions.
  • The ventilation will be inspected and additional ventilation will be added in accordance with the manufacturers specification.
  • 5 year workmanship warranty from RPL.
  • 5 year deductible warranty
  • Upon completion of the project, you will receive a flash drive including all warranty documents and pictures of your project throughout the installation process.

RPL Economy Roof System

  • A professional project manager will be assigned to your project to meet with you and help you through the entire process.
  • Installation of an economic shingle of your choice, in the color of your choice.
  • Shingles will be installed to the manufacturers maximum specification for the highest wind warranty available.
  • Ice barrier will be installed in the valleys and around all protrusions.
  • The ventilation will be inspected and additional ventilation will be added in accordance with the manufacturers specification.
  • 1 year workmanship warranty from RPL.

YouRoofit System

  • You be the project manager and limiting the overhead and providing a reduced cost.
